Registration procedures: registration will be made exclusively through the online registration system, which can be accessed at www.iosco2017mobay.com.jm. All mandatory fields in the registration system must be filled-out. The accepted methods of payment for registration fees are credit card and wire-transfer to the bank account of the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica. Details for the transaction will be provided within the invoice generated at the final stage of the online registration process.

Payment rules: registration fees must be paid in full and in accordance with the terms of the invoice. Accepted methods of payment:

- Wire-transfer: for each wire-transfer, an administrative fee of USD 36 will be added to the grand amount charged in the invoice.

- Credit Card: for each credit card payment, an administrative fee of 1.8% will be added to the grand amount charged in the invoice.

Registration allowances:

- Registration of an IOSCO member includes access to the applicable meetings for members (May 14-16, 2017), to the public conference (May 17-18, 2017) and to all evening events (May 14-17, 2017).

- IOSCO members may register partners to participate in packages such as group tour activities only (May 14-18), evening social events only (May 14-17) or a combination of group tour activities and evening social events. Attendance to evening social events will only be granted to registrants over the age of 18. Please note: Partner packages can only be purchased by IOSCO members and will incur additional costs as shown on the Partners Program section of our website.

- Access badges are for individuals and should only be worn by their intended bearers. Badges are strictly non-transferable after the start of the conference.

Early bird: we offer a discounted fee for registrations and payments made by March 5, 2017. For the discounted fee to be applicable, payments must be made no later than March 17, 2017. If a participant registers on March 5, 2017 and fails to execute the required bank transfer by March 17, a new invoice will be issued requesting payment for the full registration fee.

Cancellation policy: refundable cancellations will be accepted if requested by March 31, 2017 via email to contact@iosco2017mobay.com.jm. If applicable, registration fees will be refunded, minus USD 200.00 for administrative cost and corresponding wire transfer fees. Cancellations requested after the established deadline will be executed but registration fees will not be refunded.

Delegate's travel responsibilities: you are responsible for booking and paying for your own accommodation, flights, as well as, acquiring travel/health insurance and arranging the necessary travel documents (valid passport and visa if applicable).

Participant replacement: delegates can be replaced before April 28, 2017 if the new participant is entitled to the same IOSCO permissions as the registered delegate. The new participant must abide by the same conditions of registration and must provide a recent digital photograph prior to the event.

Transfer service: shuttle transportation will be provided for transfers to and from Sangster International Airport for IOSCO members who provide their flight and hotel reservation details in advance. This service will be available in the start of the Conference (May 13 and 14) and after the Conference (May 18 and 19). Shuttle transportation will be provided for transfers between the Montego Bay Convention Centre, the official hotels and the evening events. Members who do not wish to use the shuttle transportation can hire a private taxi through the registration system at their own expense.

- USD electronic transfer: if you reside in Jamaica, you may also make payment via electronic funds transfer from a local USD bank account to the bank account of the FSC. Details for the transaction will be provided within the invoice.
